    The Squash Program The Cambridge Athletic Club at 215 First St is the only public squash club in Cambridge and is regarded as one of the premier squash venues in the Boston area. Our members have won numerous state singles and team championships. The club boasts a well-organized squash program and the best squash pros in the area. Round Robins Squash Round Robins are weekly matches arranged so you can get in hassle-free play. Don't worry about booking courts or finding an opponent– just sign-up and show up. Spaces are limited. Typical clinics include a combination of shot demonstration, practice drills, and match play. The Beginner Clinic with Naji is offered 1-2 times per month, based on demand, Thursdays from 6:45 - 8:15 PM. ​ Racquet Re-stringing ​ Racquets cost varies depending on the string type. Please contact Naji Khan, Squash Program Director for more information . Our Squash Pros ​ The Khan brothers have each played professional squash for more than 25 years. They now devote their time to teaching beginners and juniors, coaching advanced players, and developing squash programs. They have served as Head Squash Professional at the Harvard Club of Boston, Back Bay Racquet Club, Waverley Oaks Athletic Club, Boston Racquet Club, and Boston Sports Clubs. The Khan brothers come from a long-line of distinguished squash players comprising the world famous “Khan Dynasty of Squash.” The Khan family dominated the sport of squash for decades. The "first family of squash ," as they are known worldwide, have won more championship titles than any family (in any sport) in history. There have been books, countless articles, and even a documentary, “Keep Eye on Ball,” about the family’s rise and dominance of the sport. Nicole earned her BA in Communication from the University of Maryland and her MS in Nutrition from Boston University. Nicole is passionate about helping clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals through the implementation of realistic and maintainable lifestyle changes. Nicole has been teaching fitness classes for ten years, including BodyPump, RPM, and more at CAC. As a fitness professional, Nicole understands the importance of fueling for athletic performance and the connection between nutrition and the body.     Virtual Personal Training You've got a list of goals, and the passion to see them through. Our trainers are gearing up to help you remotely through one on one coaching and training. Your dedicated trainer will motivate and encourage you every step of the way, and create an evidence-based exercise plan that fits your schedule and equipment needs. ​ What will Virtual Training be like? Your virtual training journey will start with our PFE (Personal Fitness Evaluation), a 30 minute Personal Fitness Evaluation where you will discuss your exercise history, goals, and current level of fitness. Fill out the request form below and our Personal Training Director Jared Jalbert will reach out to pair you with the perfect trainer. From there, each of your workouts will be individually crafted for your program needs. Then, they'll meet with you for sessions via Facetime or Google Hangouts; here, they can demonstrate exercises, evaluate your form, and offer motivation, advice, and adjustments. They are 45-minutes and can be purchased in 4-, 8,-, and 12-session packages. Access to long term programming (by itself or in conjunction with your individual workouts) is also available. This industrial-style health club is open for member use 24/7, and is monitored by live security footage. Enjoy natural light pouring in from the glass ceiling as you load up the squat rack or run on a treadmill with plexiglass partitions. Then, rinse off before work in our newly renovated locker rooms with waterfall faucet heads. CAC OKS has everything you need for a pre- or post-work workout. OKS Members also have the option to upgrade to a Passport Membership, or do a daily drop-in at another CAC location for a discounted rate. ​ If you don't work at One Kendall, we still have 2 other great options for you! ​ ​

  • Parking at First Street | Cambridge Athletic

    Parking at 215 First Street Member parking is available in the 6-level underground garage located at 50/60 Binney Street, right across the street from the Linskey Way entrance of our building! When you park in the garage, make sure to get a ticket to bring into the club with you for validation at the front desk. You will need to present this validated ticket upon exiting the garage. ​ Parking with validation is FREE for up to 2 hours Monday – Friday BEFORE 9:00 AM and AFTER 5:00 PM, and for up to 2 hours anytime on weekends & holidays during club opening hours. Please take note that if you leave the garage after 9:00 AM or pull in before 5:00 PM on weekdays you will be charged the daily garage rate. You will need to bring your parking ticket into the club for validation and present the validated ticket to exit the garage for the discounted rate.
