If you need to temporarily pause your membership, you may do so for up to 3 months per calendar year. However, for medical freezes you may go up to 6 months (a doctor's note is required.) Please fill out the form below.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please do so prior to 7 days of your next scheduled billing date if you would like to avoid one last month. If cancelled within 7 days prior to your bill date, you’ll have one last payment and then outside of that 7 day window no last payment is required. Please fill out the form below.
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership, please fill out the form below. Note that the change request is not automatic as it will take effect on the next billing date.
