BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP ™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It can burn up to 540 calories*.

We also offer BODYPUMP 45, which gives you a total body workout in a shorter time, to fit into your busy schedule.

RPM

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

ZUMBA

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. LES MILLS GRIT

GRIT ATHLETIC 

LES MILLS GRIT™ Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

GRIT STRENGTH 

GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, plate & body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

GRIT CARDIO 

GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

SPRINT

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results!

YOGA

CAC's Yoga focuses on connecting one posture to another, and creating a flow between each pose. The breath dictates the tempo of the movement and how long each posture is held. Focus is also placed on the transition between the pose as well as the pose itself.

BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

We also offer BODYBALANCE EXPRESS (45 Minutes) which gives you a holistic workout in a shorter time, to fit into your busy schedule.

LES MILLS CORE™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
