Meet Your Dietitians
Robin Amylon
MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CSCS
Robin is a Licensed, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In her 15 years of experience in health and fitness, Robin has helped clients of all ages and training levels achieve their personal wellness goals. Robin’s nutrition philosophy is based on a “food first” and “all foods fit” approach, working closely with each client to build individual, and realistic, healthy eating habits. Regarding training, first and foremost, she focuses on mastering functional movement patterns, and addressing any imbalances or limitations clients may have. Clients will then progress based on their training experience, and individual fitness goals. In both nutrition and training, Robin specializes in enhancing sport performance and overall quality of life.
Robin holds a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Queens College. She completed her dietetic internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, as well as a nutrition fellowship specializing in eating disorders. Currently, Robin is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Dietitian at Boston University. When she is not coaching or counseling, she turns to her other passion, dance, in which she still performs with a contemporary dance company here in Boston.
