His philosophy centers on sustainability: making fitness a lasting part of your life. Josh takes a holistic view, considering training, nutrition, sleep, mindset, and work–life balance.
A dual major in Biology & Exercise Science, he authored an award-winning thesis on male reproductive health, making him a strong resource for busy men concerned about low testosterone. A four-year starter for Endicott football, he led by example on three championship teams and applies the same standards to his coaching.
After earning his MBA, Josh completed his NASM Personal Training Certification, turning scientific knowledge into practical, results-driven programs. He stays competitive through Jiu-Jitsu and Spartan Races, informing his hybrid approach: athletic development for function, plus bodybuilding principles for muscle and fat loss, so you both perform and look your best.
