  • $200 for the 4-week (28-days) 2x/week programming. If they want more or less it’s $25 addition/subtraction. This includes a 30-mins consult and 15-min follow-up

  • Email consulting is available during the 4-week time period

  • Additional consult sessions (in addition to what is already offered) are 15-30 mins and cost $25

  • We plan to build a private youtube video library for clients to reference
