Youth Running Lab

The Youth Run Lab is designed to build footwork, agility and safety skills practical to the outdoors that begin the process of kids learning to properly run and learn beginner components of the sport of running.

Such skills obtained will build technique and the foundation for participating in various sports such as Cross Country, Track and Trail Running as well as learning preparedness techniques for common situations out in the field.


Our youth running coach will provide an inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment for kids to learn and have fun.

We can’t wait to see you and your athlete this season!

The Spring Session begins May 4th at Cambridge Athletic Club 215 First Street.
