Youth Strength and Conditioning

Designed to improve locomotion adaptations and improve mechanics and movement patterns through compound exercises. Age and skill appropriate programming will be implemented including proprioceptive coordination to help develop more efficient movement patterns. Athletes will be given an introduction to functional strength training including bodyweight, plyometric, and age-appropriate resistance training. All sessions are co-ed.

Fall Sessions begin September 13th at Cambridge Athletic Club 215 First Street. Here​ is our Enrollment Tutorial. 

1.

All in attendance are required to wear a mask at all times in the facility.

2.

All classes are capped at 8 so that social-distancing can be maintained.

3.

All participants must fill out & sign a Health Form before each class.

4.

15 minutes between classes to allow for room to clear and be cleaned.

5.

No-touch hand sanitizer & water-filling stations are available throughout facility.

6.

Each child will be allowed 1 spectator to sit socially distanced on balcony above court.
