CAC offers several types of yoga, taught in a dedicated yoga studio offering a soothing atmosphere of low-light and music ranging from relaxing to rock. Our classes are perfect for people who have never heard of a downward facing dog, and the yogi who is always at peace and owns more than one yoga mat. Our highly experience yoga instructors will integrate body, mind and spirit at the perfect pace for your busy life to bring harmony to the mind and body.

 

 

Vinyasa Yoga: Devolop flexibility as our instructors guide you from one pose to another. Vinyasa Yoga utilizes a fluid transition from pose to pose which helps build a longer, more graceful physique. 

Power Yoga: Develop strength as you hold poses that challenge the body. Our instructors will keep this class fun and accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Power Yoga uses poses to help build strength, coordination and balance.
