
Spinning
Spinning is a great way to get your heart pumping! With plenty of bikes and a dedicated spinning studio, these intense cardio sessions are a fun and motivating way to burn the fat and strengthen your body.
Classes are taught on a specialized stationary bike, taking you on a virtual ride that simulates on and off road cycling techniques. This is a very challenging cardiovascular workout. (Beginners are encouraged to try our monthly Intro to Spin class. Please watch for club postings for dates and times.)
