Stephanie is an avid believer that promoting self-confidence by teaching others to feel good about themselves from the inside out serves a valuable, lasting purpose nutritionally and personally. In a world where multi-tasking is seemingly impossible to avoid, Stephanie encourages clients to be mindful of, and practice the ancient proverb, “When walking, walk; when eating, eat”.  She will actively work with you to accomplish your goals at your pace to assist with instilling lifelong changes.

As a Registered Dietitian, Stephanie is also a medical nutrition therapy practitioner which allows her to help individuals with elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances and other health conditions to improve their symptoms and quality of life.

Stephanie completed a minor in Fitness to supplement her Clinical Dietetics degree during her undergraduate years, an additional passion she discovered through her experience as a student-athlete at the University of Pittsburgh.  She is also completing a Masters degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.  When Stephanie is not seeing clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, skiing and crafting.
