Auto-Renewal Plans: include an hour-long initial session discussion. Follow-up sessions to check in on your goals and progress and troubleshoot any difficulties you’re experiencing, personalized tips and meal ideas, e-mail or phone check-ins, unlimited e-mail support. Options include both Bi-Weekly or Monthly plans.
Paid-in-Full Packages: Purchase a package of 45-minute sessions if you are looking for accountability, but either want to meet more or less frequently than the structure offered by our auto-renewing plans.
