INSTRUCTOR BIOS
David L.
David Lee is the Group Fitness Manager at CAC and holds certifications from NASM, AFAA, ISCA and Les Mills. Currently, he teaches RPM, BodyPump, BodyCombat, Zumba and Bootcamp at CAC and CAC Tech Square. He is also certified to teach Kick Boxing. David has a martial arts background and has participated and competed in Tae Kwon Do for over 10 years. In his spare time, David enjoys composing and playing music.

Jared J.
Jared is the Fitness/Personal Training Director at CAC. He has been working as a fulltime fitness professional for over six years. He has been involved in nearly every facet of fitness from group exercise to personal training to management. He holds a CSCS personal training certification, and is a KettleBell Concepts certified trainer. Currently he teaches BodyPump, RPM and Bootcamp at CAC. When he's not training clients he enjoys pushing the boundaries of his physical limits by participating in events such as the Tough Mudder.

Fen T.
Fen has a diverse fitness background with expertise in areas ranging from Pilates to personal training. She is a national level trainer for ISCA and is also a NASM certified personal trainer. Currently, she teaches BodyPump, mat Pilates and Zumba at CAC. She enjoys working in the fitness industry because she gets to see people transform their lives for the better and loves the fact that she can push people to become fitter and stronger.

Andrea B.
Andrea is a fitness professional with an extensive knoweldge of the health and wellness industry. From weight management to sports conditioning, Andrea knows how to help get the results people are after. As well as being a personal trainer, Andrea is a group exercise instructor who has achieved Advanced Instructor status in both BodyPump and RPM. Currently Andrea teaches both these programs at CAC. She enjoys challenging people to reach for their personal best while in her classes.

Ashley G.
Ashley's love for dance began at a very young age. She grew up studying a variety of dance disciplines including ballet, modern, jazz, tap and hip hop. She holds a BA in Dance from Dean College in Franklin, MA. Ashley has been performing and teaching throughout Boston and New York City for the past 10 years. She currently teaches Zumba at CAC and enjoys incorporating her passion for dance into fitness!

Jen S.
Jen's love for movement and physical activity extends from road biking, to rock climbing, to power lifting competitions. In between her exercise classes, she carries her passion for teaching into her professional career where she works as an educator for Boston Latin . Jen currently teaches RPM at CAC and is also one of CAC's Cambridge Bootcamp instructors. If you're looking for a tough workout, try one of Jen's classes!

Natalie G.
Natalie is a Colorado native and loves just about any outdoor activity. While in college, she taught a wide range of fitness classes from bootcamp to total body strength. Natalie loves motivating people to work hard but also gets people to smile while they sweat it out. Natalie currently teaches RPM at CAC.

Deb S.
Deb is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and a certified Les Mills BodyCombat and BodyPump Instructor. She also teaches indoor cycling and outdoor bootcamps. Deb often thinks about previous trainers and fitness instructors who pushed her further than she thought she could go, inspiring her to work harder than she thought she could. Deb now aims to deliver that same type of instruction to every participant in each class she teaches. Deb currently teaches at several gyms in the greater Boston area. Previously, Deb worked in commercial radio and grass roots marketing and promotions for independent music artists. Beth R.
Beth's love for fitness comes firsthand from knowing the benefits of participating in a wide range of group exercise classes on a regular basis and living a healthy, fit life. Beth fell in love with all the Les Mills group exercise classes and this love has led her to become a certified Les Mills RPM instructor. She hopes to instill this same love and passion to all her participants. Beth holds a BA in Music Management and also studied Voice in college. You'll often find her breaking out into song (and sweat) while leading her participants through a tough RPM class!
