Getting Started with Group Fitness Classes at CAC
Group Fitness Classes are a big part of what makes CAC so special. We believe that an exercise class can be fun, as well as a great workout. Our spacious studios and motivational instructors have made our group fitness classes the highlight of the week for many of our gym patrons.
One of the reasons that make Group Fitness at CAC unique is that we are a LesMills licensed facitilty and offer world class fitness classes produced by LesMills. LesMills classes like BodyPump, RPM, and BodyCombat are found in gyms around the world. Millions of people each week participate in LesMills classes, and now they can be found right in the heart of Cambridge here at CAC.
If you think goin to the gym is boring, or if you have yet to take an exercise class that could be described as an exhilarating fitness experience, we invite you to try a Group Fitness Class at CAC. For those of you who have never taken a Group Fitness Class, you may be a little hesitant about taking your first Group Fitness Class, or you may be wondering how you can get access to our great classes at CAC. We offers 3 simple ways you can participate in our Group Fitness Classes.
1. Join our gym and take as many classes as you want! All our Group Fitness Classes are included with a monthly membership to CAC.
2. Purchase an 8 Class Pack for $75. This option will allow you to try out classes at our
main location and our Tech Square location. You can take any 8 classes you want for just $75. This is a great deal, and also allows you the opportunity to try several different classes for one great price.
3. Drop in on a class for only $15. All of our classes are open to the public for a drop in rate of $15 per class. You don't have to worry about signing contracts, or joining fees. All you have to do is show up and purchase a drop in class pass at our front desk and take the class.
Once you decide what class you want to take, come a little early to meet the instructor and introduce yourself. Our instructors will help you get the most out of your class experience, and you may soon find yourself thinking that exericse is fun after all. With classes ranging from BODYPUMP to Zumba, you are bound to find something that piques your interest.
