I consider myself a runner. I’m not fast by any means but I love it. I love endorphins, the
fresh air, the Charles. I hate the cold more than anyone I know but I still layer up
and go to marathon training on Saturdays in January. It’s an addiction.

This is the slogan I read on my Cheerios box this morning, “More Grains, Less You!” I always remember enjoying reading cereal boxes; there were often cartoons or fun trivia and mazes (said cereal boxes probably also contained far too much sugar, but I digress...).
