What is Cambridge Bootcamp?

Cambridge Bootcamp is a program designed to get you into the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest possible time REGARDLESS OF YOUR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL. This program will make you stronger than you ever realized you were! 

Do I need to be a member to sign up for Cambridge Bootcamp?

You do NOT need to be a member to sign up for our Bootcamps. Our Bootcamp is open to anyone and everyone. Get a friend to join with you for motivation! 

What if I’m not very physically fit?

No camper will be left behind or asked to do more than they are capable of doing safely. Women and men of all ages have done our bootcamp each session and have seen results. Whether you are looking to lose or just want to increase your strength and energy this is a class for you! 

What if I can’t attend my selected class time? 

No Worries! You can just go to a make up class during one of our other class times within the current Bootcamp session. Just sign in by the date you are making up.

What can I expect to achieve?

This program will push you hard and get you and your muscles to be FIT & STRONG!
