
Bootcamp BASICS
Bootcamp Basics is our entry level bootcamp class for those who are starting up an exercise program or brand new to exercising.
This class features low impact exercises and longer rest periods to enable proper recovery during the class. This class also features detailed explanations of each exercise and how to execute the exercises properly to ensure participant safety.
