What is BODYPUMP?

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

What do I need to bring?

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Gym Shoes
  • Bottle of water
  • Towel
  • An "I can do it" attitude

How often should I take a class? 

Your muscles will feel a little sore after your first BODYPUMP™ class, but keep at it. We promise it will get easier! After your first few classes we recommend doing a BODYPUMP™ class every other day. Remember, your body needs at least 24 hours of rest between weight lifting workouts.
