Why Runners Still Need The Gym

I consider myself a runner. I’m not fast by any means but I love it. I love endorphins, the
fresh air, the Charles. I hate the cold more than anyone I know but I still layer up
and go to marathon training on Saturdays in January. It’s an addiction.

Being an AM exerciser!

Do I like the idea of my alarm going off at 5:30? No, not particularly.  However, I know if I exercise in the morning BEFORE work or just before life really starts, I am a better person.  See exercising makes me better in general -I blame the endorphins.
