Group Fitness Classes are a big part of what makes CAC so special. We believe that an exercise class can be fun, as well as a great workout.  Our spacious studios and motivational instructors have made our group fitness classes the highlight of the week for many of our gym patrons.

One of the reasons that make Group Fitness at CAC unique is that we are a LesMills licensed facitilty and offer world class fitness classes produced by LesMills.  LesMills classes like BodyPump, RPM, BodyCombat and CXWORX are found in gyms around the world. Millions of people each week participate in LesMills classes, and now they can be found right in the heart of Cambridge here at CAC.

If you think going to the gym is boring, or if you have yet to take an exercise class that could be described as an exhilarating fitness experience, we invite you to try a Group Fitness Class at CAC and experience the difference.  We would love to pass on our love of exercise and help you achieve all your health and fitness goals while having a blast in the process!

For those of you who have never taken a Group Fitness Class, you may be a little hesitant about taking your first Group Fitness Class, or you may be wondering how you can get access to our great classes at CAC.  We offer two simple ways you can participate in our Group Fitness Classes.

  1. Join one of our clubs (215 First st offers 40+ classes weekly and our Tech Sq location offers 15+ weekly classes) and take as many classes as you want!  All our Group Fitness Classes are included in your CAC membership.
  2. Drop in on a class for only $15.  All of our classes are open to the public for a drop in rate of $15 per class, but it is much cheaper to be a CAC member.

Once you decide what class you want to take, come a little early to meet the instructor, introduce yourself and get famaliar with the club. Our instructors will help you get the most out of your class experience, and you may soon find yourself thinking that exericse is fun after all.  With amazing and energizing classes including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, RPM,  Zumba, CXWORX, BODYFLOW, BODYATTACK you are bound to find something that piques your interest and experience how much fun our group classes are.
